Market Rules

We accept vendor applications all year. There is an event for everyone, so become a vendor today!

Being a Vendor

Starts Here

Make sure to check what is full per Market first before submitting payment for an event. The list is attached to both the online and paper application information.

Becoming a vendor is a simple process. Please refer to the rules and applications documents below. Vendor applications are accepted all year by mail or in our office at 401 Lea Joyner Expressway in Monroe, Louisiana.

New vendors are required to pay a one-time $15 application fee. Please submit this fee by way of check or money order at the time of application.

All booth fees must be paid in order to reserve a specific booth. Booths not paid for before our deadline are subject to a $20 late fee.

The Downtown RiverMarket boasts a variety of vendors at each event and is always looking to add more to our vendor family! Please contact our RiverMarket Coordinator, Jessica Manes, at (318) 807-1735 with any questions you may have.

A one-time application fee of $15 applies to ALL new vendors. Please be prepared to write a check or money order at the time of applying. The Downtown RiverMarket cannot accept cash payments for anything.

Please prepare to pay for your booth fee with a check or money order prior to 5PM the Friday before the week of the event for which you are reserving a booth. A $20 late fee will be applied to anyone reserving a booth after that time. No vendors will be allowed to set up at the event without having notified the RiverMarket Coordinator of their wanting to attend. No payments will be accepted the day of the event. Our office is always willing to speak with you about your booth reservations.

Set up time for each event is 7:00 to 9:30 AM. All merchants are required to stay until the end of the event. Events end at 4 PM unless otherwise specified by the RiverMarket coordinator. Please plan accordingly.
